Corporate coaching involves coaching towards organisational goals.
Just as a football coach coaches a football team, a corporate coach coaches an organisation, focusing on the corporate team and corporate vision, mission, values and strategy.
Results are measured against the performance requirements of the organisation.
Where does it fit in?
Corporate coaching can take place with individuals or groups. Face-to-face coaching can be supported by telephone or e-mail contact.

The coaching structure
1. Consultation Session (Duration: 30 mins)
This is the opportunity for you and the good coach to decide together whether the coaching partnership will flourish to meet the challenges you want to cover in the coaching
2. Initial Session (Duration: 60-90mins)
Our initial session will begin by setting the framework of what the overall goal i.e. our contract will be from the coaching program. Then through our conversation clearly define and prioritize the specific areas which you want to focus on to achieve your overall goal. Next we identify and outline how you will be able to see the results, determine how it will be measured, and then agree on a specific level of attainment that represents a realistic (but stretching) goal for you that is both meaningful and realistic. By the end of this session we will have created your goal chart and we will use this to measure your progress and success from coaching.
Frequency of each session: At the end of the initial session, we will jointly decide the most appropriate structure, duration and timings for the remaining coaching session to meet your individual needs. The interval between sessions will depend on the goals you wish to address.
Duration of each session: The sessions normally last between 45 to 90mins, however, depending on the frequency of the coaching sessions they can be tailored to your individual needs.
3. Follow-on Coaching Sessions (Duration: Tailored to your needs)
Our session will begin first with a quick review and reflection of the action steps from the previous session. Then we begin the coaching, you may decide to continue working on the same topic from the previous session, or move on to the goal identified for the session, or work on something that is particularlypressing for you at that time.
During one of our sessions we will also do a review of how you are progressing toward your goals, this date will have been agreed at our initial session together.
4. Final Session
At our final session together we will have completed our last coaching session together and reviewed your success towards your goals against the goal chart you created at the start of the session.
